SBA COVID-19 Disaster Assistance Information

Dear Titan Bank Customer,

Like you we’re watching the unprecedented COVID-19 situation in shock. Titan Bank remains fully operational and we have robust backup plans in place should staff need to work from home. The impact of the pandemic is affecting us as it is you. Our heart goes out to every small business owner suffering from this unexpected disruption to your lives and businesses.

We want to make you aware that the SBA has opened applications for COVID-19 disaster assistance loans in many states. This is only for operating companies that have been negatively impacted by the pandemic. The SBA needs to accept a state's disaster declaration to participate, but it’s likely in place for your state now or will be shortly. Titan Bank is not involved in these loans, they're directly from the SBA. We are not aware of all the details, speed, process, and requirement. We do know these loans are for up to $2M, at an interest rates of 3.75% and a term of up to 30 years. You can apply for these loans here. https://disasterloan.sba.gov/ela . If you plan to apply, we suggest doing so soon, as the process may become bogged down due to the number of companies that likely qualify.  In addition to this, your state may have additional disaster assistance grants or loans available.

Titan Bank Covid-19 Information

Dear Titan Bank Customer,

Like you, we are monitoring the daily developments around the spread of the COVID-19 virus. While we have not experienced any issues to date, we are taking the appropriate steps to be fully prepared if that changes.

Currently Titan's main office in Dallas and our branch operations in Mineral Wells remain open.  We have robust backup plans in place.  Should the situation call for it, branch operations will switch to servicing local customers exclusively via the drive through lanes.  Additionally, all of our call center, operations, and corporate staff have the ability to operate from home from replicated IT setups, as if they were in the office.  Our phone system is cloud based, so wherever our team is, we are able to receive your calls and assist you. Our online banking systems also remain open 24/7 and it's the easiest way to manage your banking needs.
