Electronic Statement Service Agreement and Disclosure

Rev. 3/2023

Electronic Statement Service Agreement and Disclosure

This Agreement governs the receipt of your periodic statements for those accounts that you designate ("Designated Accounts") through Titan Bank's Online Banking. In addition, you may receive most disclosures and notices on your Designated Accounts through the same web-based electronic service instead of by regular mail.

These disclosures may include:

• Online Banking Agreement and any amendments thereto

• Monthly account statements

• Deposit account statements

• Lending disclosures

• Privacy Policy

• Change-In-Terms Notices

• Notice of fee changes

• Fee schedules

• Other written notices required by law

This agreement is in addition to all other agreements you may have with Titan Bank ("Bank") including, but not limited to the Deposit Agreement, Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure for consumers and online Banking Disclosures.

Delivery of e-Statements and Disclosures

All Communications that we provide to you in electronic form will be provided either (1) via e-mail, (2) by access to a web site that we will designate in an email notice we send to you at the time the information is available, (3) to the extent permissible by law, by access to a web site that we will generally designate in advance for such purpose, or (4) by requesting you download a PDF file containing the Communication.

Viewing your e-Statements will require a valid USER ID and password for Titan Bank's Online Banking. After signing into Online Banking and have accepted the Service Agreement, you will have the ability to enroll your accounts with electronic statements and notices. Access to your e-Statements will be provided for eighteen (18) months from the date of each e-Statement. You may make a copy of an eStatement for your records by printing it to an attached printer or downloading it to a storage device.

By selecting e-Statements in Online Banking, you will no longer receive paper statements for your Designated Accounts by U.S. mail. In addition, you may receive Disclosures regarding Designated Accounts electronically and not in paper form.

Right to Withdraw

You may withdraw your consent to receive e-Statements for any of your accounts at any time by contacting Titan Bank at (888) 360-1300 or customersupport@titanbank.com. Also, if you terminate your Online Banking service, then you have effectively withdrawn your consent to receive e-Statements. Any withdrawal of your consent will be effective after the Bank has reasonable time to process your withdrawal. You will start receiving paper statements again. In addition, we may terminate your rights to e-Statements if you have provided us with an invalid e-mail address or we receive notification that a previous valid e-mail address is no longer active. We also reserve the right to discontinue or change the terms and conditions on which we provide e-Statements at any time or in such case as where federal and/or state law mandates any changes.
